Depression glass is obviously known for its beginnings back in the time of the depression. Most depression glass was made up in the midwest during this period. depression glass was most of the time given out or sold at such a low cost in order to attract people to purchase other things. Even movie theaters would give out depression glass.
There are many colors of depression glass that were made at this time and created in over 100 different styles. Often times in whole matching dinner sets.
